Buzzin Bizarre

This is the Superb bird of Paradise which lives throughout the rain-forest of New Guinea and it’s mating display has to be one of the most bizarre ever.

The female is a small brown ordinary looking bird but the male is black with an iridescent green crown and a blue/green breast shield.
