A veterinary hospital in Exeter, New England, America, has become a bit of a tourist attraction as people come from miles to catch a look at one of their lodgers ‘Ugly Bat Boy’.
He is a cat with a difference, as you will see from the clip below. He has no fur on his body but he has a huge unkempt ruff around his throat and along his stomach. It is not known what breed the feline belongs to but he was taken to the surgery eight years ago along with his sister, who was also without fur, but only survived a few weeks.
People assume that the cat is some sort of robot as he sits so still and staff have had to put notices up to tell people that he is perfectly normal just unattractive.
Ugly Bat boy is said to be very friendly and just like any other cat, loves attention;

That is one batty cat (yes, pun intended). I’ve seen hairy cats, and I’ve seen hairless cats, but I’ve never seen a cat with a only a hairy chest. Think they leave the computer on at night so he stays warm?
